In some ways, we are living in alternative realities shaped by media, social media, and commercial forces that often distance us from the complexities and messiness of real life.
These systems create idealized, fragmented, or distorted versions of the world that can make it harder to connect with what is truly authentic.
While these realities offer convenience, entertainment, and sometimes escape, they also encourage us to question what is genuine and what is a construction.
Always be aware and think critical to notice the version of reality that has been shaped by external forces.
